This Privacy Policy explains how Kyrojin Studios handles information in connection with Orbit Pop.

1. Who we are

Kyrojin Studios is an independent game studio brand based in the United Arab Emirates. For privacy questions, contact us at kyrojinstudios@gmail.com.

2. Information Orbit Pop stores locally

Orbit Pop does not require an account. Game information such as best score, settings, Stars, unlocked/selected skins, tutorial state and daily challenge progress may be stored locally on your device. This information is used to operate game features and is not uploaded by Kyrojin Studios to its own backend server.

3. Advertising and third-party services

Orbit Pop uses Google AdMob to display rewarded and interstitial advertisements. Google and its advertising partners may process information such as device identifiers, IP address, approximate location derived from IP, advertising interactions, diagnostics and other device or app information for advertising, measurement, fraud prevention and related purposes, subject to applicable law and your consent choices.

4. Consent and privacy choices

Where required by law, including for relevant users in the European Economic Area, United Kingdom and Switzerland, Orbit Pop may present a consent message before requesting ads. Users may be able to consent, decline consent or manage privacy options. Advertising availability or personalization may differ based on those choices.

5. Permissions

Orbit Pop may use device vibration for haptic feedback. The game does not require microphone recording permission for normal operation.

6. Children

Orbit Pop is a general-audience game and does not ask players to submit names, email addresses or account information inside the game. Kyrojin Studios does not knowingly collect personal information directly from children through an account or registration system. Third-party advertising services operate subject to their own policies, applicable consent requirements and the audience settings configured for the app.

7. Data retention and deletion

Locally stored game progress remains on the device until it is cleared by the user, removed by uninstalling the app, or otherwise deleted by the operating system. Advertising data processed by Google is retained according to Google's own policies. Because Kyrojin Studios does not maintain an Orbit Pop user account database, we generally cannot identify or delete device-level advertising data held by Google on a user's behalf.

8. Security

We take reasonable steps to keep the game and website secure. No method of electronic storage or transmission is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

9. International users

Third-party service providers may process information in countries other than the one in which you live, subject to their safeguards and applicable law.

10. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy when Orbit Pop, our services or legal requirements change. The latest version will be published on this page with an updated date.
